SANTA FE SESSIONS SCHEDULE
Sound Bath | Rejuvenation Through Sound
SAT SEP 20, 6:30 - 7:30 PM MDT (SAT SEP 20, 6:30 - 7:30 PM MDT)

Enter deep relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation as you release into the struck sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, bells, and wind gong. Binaural beats are produced to stimulate theta brain waves, that assist in reaching deeper states of tranquility throughout the practice.

In the Himalayas, instruments capable of producing long enduring vibrations have been produced and used for centuries for their ability to capture the mind with enchanting sounds that slowly dissolve into silence, bringing the mind with them. Gongs, bells, singing bowls, and tanpuras (or tanpura-like instruments) have been the primary instruments used for this special quality. Concentrating on harmonious sound nourishes our sense of space and can be a simple and effective practice to foster deep states of relaxation, inner listening and clarity of mind.

This is a gentle and physically passive practice. You will lie down throughout the session. Comfortable full-size cushions are provided, as well as pillows, bolsters, and a light covering. Note: It is recommended that only a light meal be consumed within the 2 hours before the session.

Group Session Price Per Person: $38. Spaces are limited. Advance registration is required.
