Relax into this uniquely restorative sound bath with the nurturing accents of fresh botanicals, including local piñon, juniper, and lavender, heated to release gentle aromatics throughout the session. Hot stones placed on balancing and calming energy points complement a gentle sound bath with gong, crystal, and Himalayan singing bowls. This is a naturally rejuvenating journey of the senses. Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided for comfort throughout the session. It is recommended that only a light meal be consumed within the 2 hours before the session.
