Botanical & Hot Stone Sound Bath | Private Group Session

Relax into this uniquely restorative sound bath with the nurturing accents of Peruvian Muña and fresh local botanicals, including piñon, juniper, and lavender heated to release gentle aromatics throughout the session. Hot stones placed on balancing and calming energy points complement a gentle sound bath with gong, crystal, and Himalayan singing bowls. This is a naturally rejuvenating journey of the senses. Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided for comfort throughout the session. It is recommended that only a light meal be consumed within the 2 hours before the session.

Getting Here | The studio is tucked away upstairs in the beautiful historic Sena Plaza courtyard (No. 72), directly above the Heritage by Hand shop. The Sena Plaza is located just off the main Santa Fe plaza, across from St. Francis Cathedral and the IAIA Museum.
