Our Himalayan sound massage uses traditional techniques of applying sound vibration to the body using specially crafted singing bowls. In this soothing practice, heated basalt stones and Himalayan singing bowls are placed on various energy points to promote deep relaxation and cellular rejuvenation. The warmth and deep vibrations traveling through the body release muscular tension, ease pain, and encourage improved circulation and energy flow.

With the body composed of more than 60% water, it easily conducts vibrational energy, allowing sound waves to travel effortlessly to the deepest layers of tissue and cells, providing a gentle yet effective vibratory massage. The harmonious tones and deep resonance produced by the singing bowls also calm the mind, creating a holistic experience that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being.

You will lie on a massage table throughout the session. Pillows, bolsters, and light covering are available to ensure comfort. Note: It is recommended that only a light meal be consumed within the 2 hours before the session.
