Based on the five elements, (space, air, fire, water, and earth) and three doshas (vata, pita, and kapha), Ayurveda looks to nature as a guide to enhance well-being in the body, mind, and emotions, and can offer powerful support for a variety of concerns, including digestion, sleep,  immunity, mood, anxiousness, and more.
In this session, you will explore your dominant dosha, or mind-body type, and receive practical recommendations to support your health and restore balance in your being. Recommendations may include diet, herbs, lifestyle practices, yoga poses, and breath work.
These sessions are with Seren Ruben. Seren is a certified Ayurvedic counselor and yoga instructor, passionate about weaving these ancient practices into modern life in a way that is practical, pleasurable, and empowering. Over the past 20 years, she has completed numerous trainings in yoga, tantra, Ayurveda, and somatic arts, and she is initiated in Neelakantha meditation through Blue Throat Yoga.
