Sensory/energetic therapies, including aromatherapy, warming or cooling applications (such as warm stones), and vibrational acupressure through marma points, are integrated to activate the body’s natural ability to self-heal. These sessions are tailored to the individual after an initial consultation.

Marma points (Marmani) are concentrated centers of energy in the body, often rich in nerve endings, blood, and lymphatic vessels. By working directly with Marmani through vibrational accupressure, we can communicate at the cellular level to promote the release of blockages energetically, physically, and emotionally.

You will lie on a massage table throughout the session. Pillows, bolsters, and a light covering are available to ensure comfort.
