Booking Policies
We offer sessions in a boutique setting with limited spaces available for group classes. Many studio offerings also require set-up before sessions, which is dependent on the number of participants. For all sessions, we want to ensure the commitment of time and effort from our instructors and wellness practitioners is honored. These policies are in place to set expectations and to ensure mutual respect for time and available space within the studio.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations for an individual later than 48 hours before the start time of a group class will not be refunded or credited. If canceled 48 hours or more in advance, individual reservations may receive an account credit that can be applied to another future session.
If you have reserved three (3) or more spaces for a group session, cancellation requests for credit must be received at least 72 hours prior to the session to receive a 50% refund.
A credit refund will be honored for no more than one cancellation for the same reservation (you may not cancel twice and receive credit twice).
Private sessions must be canceled a minimum of 72 hours before the session to receive a refund of 50%. Refunds will not be provided for a reduction in group size.
For all sessions, we only accept prior payment online; no cash is kept at the premises.
