Gongs, bells, singing bowls, and tanpuras (or tanpura-like instruments) have been the primary instruments used for this special quality. Concentrating on harmonious sound nourishes our sense of space and can be a simple and effective practice to foster deep states of relaxation, inner listening and clarity of mind.
