This one-month pass can be used for up to four (4) Sunday Mysore classes with Swaran Khalsa. This pass is nonrefundable and must be used within one calendar month. Monthly pass holders are pre-registered and do not need to register for individual Mysore classes for the calendar month covered by the pass. ABOUT

Mysore style Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga can be attended by both beginners and more advanced practitioners. It is the more traditional approach to learning yoga asana (postures), where each student learns and advances at their own pace and gradually memorizes the postures over time, receiving individual guidance and attention from their teacher. This style of learning is deeply personal, and particularly important as you progress through more advanced asanas, to ensure safety and proper technique. All are welcome to join this class and experience the opportunity to study in the Mysore style. It is best if students commit to regular practice, and to the memorization of the asana sequence associated with their level of practice or as instructed by their teacher. Complimentary mats and props are available in the studio. This class is with Swaran Kaur Khalsa. Swaran has practiced yoga for over 30 years and has taught continuously since 2006.  She is Authorized Level 1 and 2 in Ashtanga Yoga.
